Paul Berkemeier – Account / Sales Manager – West Michigan & Detroit Regions

Paul Berkemeier, hailing from Jackson, MI, holds the dual responsibility of being JF Kilfoil’s Account Manager for West Michigan and Detroit Regions and the Sales Manager for the team. With a solid academic background, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from the University of Dayton. He later pursued a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Western Michigan. Before joining JF Kilfoil, Paul lent his expertise to NASA in an engineering role and also served in engineering and manufacturing management at Amphenol.

Jeff Ziegler – Account Manager – Eastern Michigan, Detroit Region

Jeff Ziegler is a highly experienced Account Manager for JF Kilfoil, handling the Eastern Michigan and Detroit regions with expertise and dedication. He is originally from Jackson, MI. He bolstered his credentials with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois, where he was also a Division 1 NCAA Quarterback. He also attended Grand Valley State. With an impressive career history that includes a role as General Motors Account Manager at Mitsubishi and over two decades in Electronics Manufacturing, seven of which have been with JF Kilfoil, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, along with extensive OEM Tier 1, II, and III exposure.

Jason Wonsowski – Account Manager – Eastern Michigan, Detroit Region

Jason Wonsowski is a seasoned Account Manager for JF Kilfoil, adeptly representing the Eastern Michigan and Detroit region. Hailing from the Metro Detroit area, he has an impressive academic background with a Bachelor in Science Engineering Technology, a Master of Science in Industrial Operations, and a Master of Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University. His extensive experience spans over 20 years in OEM Tier 1, II, and III exposure, with previous roles as Account Manager at Hengst and Faurecia and a personal passion for all things automotive.

Brian Martin – Account Manager – Indiana Region

Brian Martin is an accomplished Account Manager for JF Kilfoil, skillfully managing accounts in Indiana. Originally from Columbus, OH, Brian has a solid educational background from Ohio State University and Indiana Wesleyan. With a career spanning 23 years in the Automotive OEM industry, including four years in distribution at Future Electronics and ten years with JF Kilfoil, Brian’s expertise is a valuable asset to the company.

Lynda Neumann – Account Manager Distribution – Central and Northern Ohio

Lynda Neumann is an invaluable asset to JF Kilfoil, serving as the Account Manager for distribution in Central and Northern Ohio. Born and raised in Cleveland, OH, Lynda holds a BS in Business/Marketing from Miami University and an MBA from Cleveland State University. With a rich career history, including roles at Avnet/Kent and TTI, 32 years in electronic component sales, 12 years in distribution, and a remarkable 20-year tenure with JF Kilfoil, Lynda’s experience and dedication are second to none.

David Baier – Account Manager – Ohio, Western Pennsylvania

David Baier is a dedicated Account Manager at JF Kilfoil, expertly overseeing the Ohio, Kentucky, and Western PA regions. Born and raised in Ohio, David studied at Purdue University, where he obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering—with an impressive 42 years in OEM sales, including his time at Arthur H. Baier Company, David joined JF Kilfoil through the acquisition of the Arthur H. Baier Company, bringing with him a wealth of experience and industry knowledge.

Kelly Frederick – Account Manager – OH & W. PA Regions

Kelly Frederick is an outside sales representative for Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. She is a skilled professional with experience in strategic partnerships, customer service, and communication. Her goal is to make a difference for customers. She offers vast experience in the distribution channel and offers strong industry knowledge.

Jeff Wolfe – Account Manager – KY Region

Jeff Wolfe joined our team in early 2024 as an outside sales representative for Kentucky. He has over 30 years of experience in the electronics industry, particularly on the distribution side. He earned a degree from Indiana University Bloomington in Economics. He is known for his strategic planning, supply chain management, process improvement, and negotiation skills. In his role, he will grow sales, provide design counsel, and find effective technology solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Bridgette Moser – Inside Sales

Bridgette Moser is an Inside Salesperson at JF Kilfoil Company. Operating from Northeast Ohio, Bridgette supports customers throughout the company, both as support to salespeople and direct support to customers. She has extensive expertise in CRM and territory customers and is a valuable member of our growing team.

Kristen Harper – Inside Sales Representative

Kristen Harper is an Inside Sales Representative for JF Kilfoil. She supports our Account Managers and provides sales and distribution support. Kristen is a sharp professional focused on providing the support necessary for our sales team to drive incremental sales and while remaining focused on delivering a pinnacle customer support level.

Christy Stoll – Office Manager

Christy Graduated from the University of Dayton in 1998 with a BA in Interior Design (which explains why she’s managing the office renovation). She despised the mundane of drafting, so she also double minored in communications/marketing. Christy has a way of creating “structure” amid what seems like chaos. She is accustomed to chaos, growing up one of six children. She is the oldest daughter with three older brothers, making her, what some might say, “a bit spicy.”  Christy has a background in technology sales, working for Matrix Marketing, selling phone systems, and later Attachmate Corporation (now OpenText) in software sales. Christy took a reprieve in her career to focus on raising her three children and caring for her aging parents. Christy enjoys long walks with her dogs, reading, country music, and gathering moments with friends.

Jim Burke – Database Administrator

Jim Burke is a Database Administration Manager with decades of experience serving as a National Sales Manager for global connector manufacturers. He has successfully developed CRM tools from the ground up. Jim played a pivotal role in the inception of our pioneering sapling system and the subsequent implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics system.

Katie Tew – CFO and Director of HR

Katie Tew, a Cincinnati native, is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who lends her expertise to the accounting team at JF Kilfoil Company. An alumnus of Miami University, she holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting. She has previously served as an esteemed faculty member in the Accounting Department of her alma mater. At JF Kilfoil, Katie handles financial strategy and execution and is the human resources leader. Her robust academic background and practical experience make her an invaluable asset to JF Kilfoil, contributing significantly to the company’s financial stability and growth.

Susan Phillips – Director of Marketing

Susan Phillips, a veteran marketer with over 35 years of experience, joined JF Kilfoil over a year ago. As the marketing team head, she oversees strategy and implementation, from websites, automation, and SEO to ABM, lead generation, and content curation. Susan holds an MBA from Western Carolina University and has led marketing teams at respected organizations like Panasonic Lighting Americas, SERVPRO, Synapse Wireless, and Gannett Newspapers. Susan is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) who strongly advocates for data-driven, effective marketing programs utilizing best practices. Her extensive digital media expertise brings invaluable marketing insights and knowledge to JF Kilfoil.

Christine Bell – Operations Manager

Christine Bell is the Operations Manager for JF Kilfoil, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. A proud alumnus of Northeastern University, she holds a BSBA in International Business and Marketing. Christine boasts an impressive career history, including 12 years in sales for MicroFocus (Attachmate), where she sold middleware to the financial services industry, and 18 years with JF Kilfoil in various sales and sales support roles. In her current position, she is responsible for developing and performing all sales operations support for the company, working closely with leadership and Account Managers to develop and enforce processes that ensure profitable growth. Additionally, Christine oversees administrative, accounting, and back-office duties, ensuring the seamless operation of the business.

Tim Kilfoil – President

Tim Kilfoil is the accomplished President of JF Kilfoil, steering the company with strategic leadership and industry insight. A graduate of University of Cincinnati, his career includes seven years in the Cleveland market, gaining valuable exposure to OEM, Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers. With 28 years at JF Kilfoil, Tim has significantly contributed to the growth and success of the company. His primary focus is development, strategy, investment, and industry trends, ensuring the company’s competitive edge. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping JF Kilfoil into the successful enterprise it is today.
